Vincent morvéd ghder ne at the Admiralty Bagineering Laboratory as my Technical Assistant for a period of over 2 years, from January 1930 until my departure in July 1922, and that during that time he has been diligent and reliable and has shibited sound practical and theoretical knowledge of the work in connection with Internal Combustion Ragiass upon which he has been employed,

I should and that I received a very good report on T. Vincent from my predecessor, under whon he served for, I believe, nearly 3 yearn.
